WEBB MUNICIPAL OFFICE BUILDING / DENVER / COLORADO
Designed by Tryba Architects and RNL Design, BAB Associates, P.C. Architects (BAB) were the Associate Architect for this $124 million City Office Building. This building provides space for the 40 city agencies and public services areas. The Annex Building (International Style Architecture) to which the New Office Building is connected via an atrium space was built in 1949 and formerly known as the City's Annex One. The Annex Building was renovated during this construction. The Webb Municipal Office Building's design incorporates the 88,000 sq. ft. Annex Building with the 12 story, 600,000 sq. ft. new office building.

DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT / DENVER / COLORADO
Designed by Fentress Bradburn Architects, BAB P.C. Architects were the Associate Architect for this $445 million Passenger Terminal Complex.
Denver International Airport (DIA) is situated on 34,000 acres or 53 square miles, DEN is one of the largest airports in the world. The Jeppesen Terminal has more than 1.5 million square feet of space. Including the three airside concourses, there is more than 6 million square feet of public space at DIA. The Terminal's Atrium or "Great Hall" is 900 feet by 210 feet. The roof's outer waterproof shell is made of teflon-coated woven fiber glass, the inner membrane is made of uncoated woven fiber glass. The white colour reflects 90% of sunlight.

ST. JOSEPH BAPTIST CHURCH / JACKSONVILLE / FLORIDA
BAB P.C. Architects provided full Architectural Services in design build process with Renaissance Design Group INC of Jacksonville, Florida.
This $2.1 million project consisted of a 16,000 sq. ft. addition and remodel of existing 5,000 sq. ft. Church. We provided a new lobby entrance, meeting rooms, classrooms, offices services and other facilities, to give the church members a most comfortable spaces.

SAKURA SQUARE CENTER / DENVER / COLORADO
BAB P.C. Architects provided Architectural Services for this $13 million Building. This project contains 204 efficient, 1 and 2 bedrooms apartments all in the 20-story Tower. There is 38,000 sq. ft. of commercial lease space. This space is located at both grade and plaza levels. The plaza level is linked to the skyline Urban Renewal Plaza by a bridge over 19th street. Since the character of the complex was to be a essentially Japanese, our job became one of expressing the Japanese architecture and developing a building techniques that would not increase the sq. ft. cost. Studies showen a six-inch flat plate structural system to be the most economical. Panel of rake finished concrete are used as fillers with in the concrete skeleton.

BETAWEST OFFICE BUILDING / ENGLEWOOD / COLORADO
BAB P.C. Architects provided Architectural Services in Association with Semple Brown Roberts and Harold Massop Associates for this $15.5 million office building.
280,000 sq. ft. Office Building on a 10 acres site with parking surface, landscape public spaces, 250 car parking structure and interior public spaces within the office building.

MILE HIGH STADIUM / DENVER / COLORADO
Designed by HNTB Sports Architects in association with Fentress Bradburn Architects and BAB P.C. Architects were the Associate Architect for this $364.2 million stadium facility. The facility has a 76,125 seat capacity, grass field surface, 1.8 million sq. ft. of amenities such as wider seats, wider 5 concourses levels, wider restrooms, elevators, escalators and accommodations for the disabled.

LA CASA FAMILY HEALTH CENTER / DENVER / COLORADO
BAB P.C. Architects provided full Architectural Services for this $2.5 million heath center facilities.
15,877 sq. ft. in this one story building, we provided full health service with great functionality, 70 parking spaces and 7 H.C. spaces. The Canopy, brick and CMU finishes along with the and seating, creates the outdoor social areas.

COLORADO CONVENTION CENTER EXPANSION / DENVER / COLORADO
Design by Fentress Bradburn Architects, BAB P.C. Architects were the Associate Architect for this $268 million expansion facilities. This new facilities double the size of the existing convention center to 2.2 million sq. ft. on nine city blocks. The expansion will add 292,000 sq. ft. of new exhibition space, 35,000 sq. ft. of new meeting space, a new 50,000 sq. ft. ballroom, a new 5,000-fixed seat auditorium and a new 1,000 parking space garage.

KING SOLOMON UNITED BAPTIST CHURCH / JACKSONVILLE / FLORIDA
BAB P.C. Architects provided full Architectural Services for this $2.5 million church facility.
32,740 sq. ft. New Church with 700 seat into two stories sanctuary, meeting room, offices, classrooms and other facilities, give to this new church a new appearance, comfortable spaces and functionality for the church members.

GLENARM RECREATION CENTER / DENVER / COLORADO
BAB P.C. Architects provided full Architectural Services for this $1.6 million Recreation Center Facility.
24,000 sq. ft. containing a 50x84 foot basketball court, a 75x35 swimming pool, a racquetball court, an exercise room, game rooms of several types, and senior citizen facilities for meeting and food service.

DR. JOHNSON FAMILY DENTISTRY / DENVER / COLORADO
BAB P.C. Architects provided full Architectural Services for this remodel and addition project for a 4 chair office to a 6 chair dental office. This centenary house adapted to dental office some year ago. Now this dental office has very comfortable spaces and great functionality for patients and employees.

MANUAL HIGH SCHOOL GYM/POOL / DENVER / COLORADO
BAB P.C. Architects provided full Architectural Services for this $12.5 million remodel and addition.
The scope of the project included the addition of 2,200 seat, 17,000 sq. ft. gymnasium, a 25 yard pool with diving well (12,000 sq. ft.) and locker rooms; the conversion of one existing gym to two-story classroom building, and general remodeling of existing school building.

ANSCHUTZ OUTPATIENT PAVILION / DENVER / COLORADO
BAB P.C. lead Architect & Davis Partnership associate architect were the Design Team for this $4.6 million infectious disease and Transplant Center facility, Anschutz 7th Floor Build Out.
The scope of the project included Administration, Examination and Procedure Rooms, Nurse Stations, Offices, Conference Areas, Teaching, Ambulatory Support Unit and Pharmacy Areas totalling more than 180 spaces at 44,639 square feet.

DIA / AIRPORT OFFICE BUILDING / LOBBY RENOVATION / DENVER / COLORADO
BAB renovated the lobby to get more of a corporate image. We customized the design to find the most cost effective results.
BAB provided construction administration to complete the design product as required by the owners and jurisdiction having Authority. BAB P.C. Architects provided full Architectural Services for this Renovation.

DIA / FIS RENOVATION / DENVER / COLORADO
This design required two existing restrooms to be converted into four restrooms at mezzanine level at concourse "A" for maximum users and ADA code compliance.

DIA / NORTH TERMINAL SECURITY RENOVATION / DENVER / COLORADO
The security area required more queuing space during increased passenger travel. BAB removed the existing people mover and place a concrete slab over the hole. BAB provide railing system, fixed and removable, new carpet and ADA ramp access. All with a contemporary style and stainless steel finishes.

DIA / BAGGAGE INFORMATION DISPLAY RENOVATION / DENVER / COLORADO
In this task we design a Baggage Information display and signage system. This Task is located at the fifth level for all of the carousels in the baggage claim areas of the east and west sides of the terminal.

SUSIE E. TOLBERT HOUSE / HISTORIC RESTORATION / EDWARD WATERS COLLEGE (EWC) / JACKSONVILLE / FLORIDA
The design required restore existing 1912 historical building in great disrepair to an office use and provide an accessibility access; BAB made a concerted effort to use the typical materials and to maintain the design style, in the original building character. POLLY BROOK BUILDING / RENOVATION / EDWARD WATERS COLLEGE (EWC) / JACKSONVILLE / FLORIDA
The design required the renovation of the existing building areas to a new computer labs, offices and support areas for EWC, ADA accessibility for all areas on the first floor level as a requested by Jurisdiction having Authority.

DPS / CLASSROOM COTTAGE PROJECT / DENVER / COLORADO
Denver Public Schools is experiencing increased growth and is quickly outgrowing schools at various locations around the district. With the continuing changes in programs, demographics and student populations, there is a need for a lower-cost/high quality (Classroom Cottage) alternative to temporary modular classrooms that allow for a rapid deployment on select sites.
